Observations, not inspections
Home watch, property care and boat watch visits are visual, non-invasive observations of readily accessible conditions at the time of the visit. They are not licensed inspections, engineering or appraisal opinions, or a guarantee that a problem will be found, prevented or avoided. Reports and photographs record what was observable on that day.
Storm preparation and response
Storm preparation and post-storm observations help prepare a property and document its condition; they do not prevent storm damage. We act only when conditions are safe and lawful access is available, and response order follows service priority and availability.
The MRI Approach
MRI is our property-care philosophy and does not guarantee financial returns, rental revenue, appreciation or avoidance of loss.
Boat watch and vessel exercise
Engine start-up and vessel exercise are available only under separate written authorization and after applicable insurance, credentialing and legal requirements have been satisfied.
Landscape lighting and licensed work
Our landscape lighting service is limited to low-voltage systems. Any work requiring licensed electrical work is handled or coordinated through a licensed electrician. Custom quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing.
Insurance and documentation
Photographs and reports are provided for your records. Whether they are useful to an insurer, contractor or other party is for that party to decide, and nothing we provide is a claim, coverage or legal advice.
Pricing and agreements
Website pricing reflects starting rates and general service descriptions. Final scope, frequency, pricing and service terms are established in the applicable TideLine Overwatch service agreement, addendum, estimate or work order.
