Pre-storm condition documentation
Photographed, dated and stored before anything happens. Dated pre-storm photographs can provide useful documentation of readily observable property conditions before a storm, and they are impossible to produce after the fact.
Securing outdoor furniture and loose items
Furniture, grills, planters, umbrellas and anything else that becomes a projectile — brought in or secured, to whatever plan you have approved in advance.
Door, window and exterior readiness
Openings checked and closed up, shutters deployed where fitted, drains cleared, exterior walked.
Post-storm observations
When conditions are safe and lawful access is available, Tideline begins post-storm observations based on service priority and availability — often days before an owner could get in themselves.
Photo documentation of visible damage
Systematic, dated, comparable against the pre-storm set. Post-storm photographs provide the owner with a documented visual record that may be useful when communicating with insurers, contractors or other professionals.
Contractor coordination for repairs and cleanup
Tarps, water extraction, debris, board-up. After a named storm every contractor on this coast is oversubscribed, and the calls that get answered are the ones that come from someone local they already work with.
Priority for recurring clients
Home watch and boat watch clients are worked first. This is not an upsell, it is arithmetic — there are only so many daylight hours before landfall.
