Information, not an offer

Everything on this website is general information about our services. Prices shown are starting rates, not quotes, and nothing on the site is a binding offer or a guarantee of availability.

Website pricing reflects starting rates and general service descriptions. Final scope, frequency, pricing and service terms are established in the applicable TideLine Overwatch service agreement, addendum, estimate or work order.

Requesting service

Submitting the Request Service form asks us to contact you. It does not create a service relationship, authorize access to any property, or obligate either of us. Access to a property, the scope of visits and the fees are set only in a written agreement signed by you and by TideLine Overwatch.

Licensed trades

TideLine Overwatch does not perform work that requires a license we do not hold. Where a job requires a licensed professional, such as licensed electrical work connected with low-voltage landscape lighting, plumbing, HVAC or roofing, it is handled or coordinated through an appropriately licensed contractor, who remains responsible for that work.

Content and intellectual property

The TideLine Overwatch name, logos, text and images on this site belong to TideLine Overwatch or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TideLine Overwatch is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Liability for services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. We may update them at any time; the current version is on this page and was last updated September 2026.
